Jia Yi Construction Pte Ltd is a construction arm under Kay Lim Group of companies. Jia Yi Construction started off as a structural contractor, and subsequently built up its profile to be an A1 contractor for general building works. It is the contractor for Citylife @ Tampines and Rangoon 88, and is currently building its first HDB project at Bidadari.

It has received various industry accolades and certifications such as the WSH Performance (silver) Award, BCA Green & Gracious Builder (Merit), CultureSAFE certificate of commendation and BizSAFE Star certificate.
