Woodleigh Hillside is Jia Yi Construction's first HDB project. Situated along Bartley Road and Bidadari Park Drive, the development comprises of 13 residential blocks and a multi-storey carpark. It has 1,355 dwelling units of 2 room flexi, 3 room, 4 room, 5 room, and 3 generation units.
Launched in November 2012, CityLife @ Tampines is Singapore’s first luxury hotel-inspired Executive Condominium located at Tampines Central. The 514-unit project jointly developed by Kay Lim, Amara Holdings and SingHaiyi Group, comprises 2/3/4/5-bedroom units including dual-key, Skysuite and Penthouse units.
Rangoon 88 is a 48-unit freehold condominium located at 88 Rangoon Road, with 7 commercial units at its ground level. Launched in 2011, it is the first property developed by Kay Lim.
